Rules and running of a clash
- only a team playing in one of the countries involved can sign up for a clash
- a team not playing in the countries involved in a clash can ask for exception and thereby take part in a clash for any of the two sides; the exception is decided by the organizer
- the sign-up process has two phases, before and after the opponents are drawn; these are drawn on wednesday, one week before the clash is being held (the number of teams taking part in the clash is finalized according to the date of their sign-up; the couples are drawn on the basis of the average Vnukstats ratings for the last 3 league matches; teams which will not get an opponent because of a team shortage on the other side, automatically become substitutes)
- if a team signs up after the couples are already drawn, it will be directly moved to the substitutes or automatically assigned the first opponent available from the substitute teams of the other country (ordered by the sign-up date)
- the home team should challenge his opponent, with cup rules and until sunday before the clash takes place
- the application checks periodically if the matches are booked, if any team books a match with another opponent, it is automatically excluded from the clash; if possible, the affected team is either replaced by a substitute team or if not available, the opponent is moved to the substitute teams
- the home team should challenge his opponent, with cup rules; the match can be booked until tuesday 18:00 (6:00pm)
- after all the matches are played, the match results are automatically downloaded and the clash evaluated and finalized
